Long slicing cucumbers, and extra crunchy pickling cukes. Both are delicious in salads, on their own, pickled, or on a sandwich.
Galia melons are the delightful cross between a honeydew and cantaloupe. This year we grew the Arava variety.
Zucchini and yellow squash can be a delicious compliment to a dinner, or try zucchini sliced up in a salad for a sweet and mild crunch.
Seminole pumpkins are a squash native to Florida, which has been cultivated locally for generations. These pumpkins can last a full year at room temperature in Florida.
We also produced Blumenberry Butternut this year, which is a cross between Seminole Pumpkins and Butternut Squash.
Both are sweet, and taste similar to a Butternut Squash.
