Burgundy Okra

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

Green Scallions

image2

Spicy and slightly sweet, these are some of our favorite onions with their sharp bite.  Toss them in your stir fry, or anywhere else you might want an onion.

Purple Scallions

image3

A slightly more colorful version of our scallions, also known as green onions or spring onions.  These onions, too, pack a flavor punch.

Leeks

image4

A mild, tall, slender allium, which tastes like a milder version of onion.  People have appreciated leeks in stir fry, soup, or as part of a sauce.  I love them sliced and fried as onion rings.

Beans

image5

We made 4 varieties of beans available last year, including Dragon's Tongue, Royal Burgundy, Red Swan, Roma Green.

Red Chard

image6

Thought of as a superfood for its impact on blood sugar levels and supporting bone strength, Red Chard also occupies a tasty culinary corner.  It is in the same family as spinach and beets, and tastes reminiscent of both.

Sunflowers

image7

One of our customer favorites.  Our sunflowers are often available at Jessica's Stand and frequently show up in our CSA shares.  We grow a variety of colors and sizes!

Zinnia

image8

Bright, beautiful, and bountiful.  Our zinnia bouquets will make a beautiful addition on your dinner table.

Sweet Corn

image9

Sweet, Crisp, and amazingly fresh.  Our bicolor corn clearly is a favorite at Blumenberry, as our corn rarely makes it to market due to the local squirrels' profound love of our sweet corn.

Sugar Cane

We offer super sweet sugar cane!  Enjoy in a fresh mojito, or slice it up and enjoy on its own as a unique treat.
