Shoots & Microgreens

Crisp, sweet and nutty, Sunflower shoots are one of our favorite crops as they can provide year-round crunch to salads, sandwiches and more!

Popcorn shoots are surprisingly sweet and delicious.  We prefer ours very young, but some people prefer their popcorn shoots in a more mature stage where they are reminiscent of wheat grass.

Sweet, earthy, and full of beety goodness.  We think they're a fun addition to our sandwiches and salads.  Enjoy!

Pea shoots taste like... peas, with a hint of nuttiness, and a mild sweetness.  Throw them on a sandwich, in a stir-fry, or enjoy them on their own!

We can prepare trays of shoots of many types of vegetables and grains.  Green onions, herbs, and crucifers like broccoli and kale have been very popular.  If you have a project in mind, please give us advance notice to allow adequate time for production.  Often, several weeks of growing are necessary to achieve the desired size.
